Here are the steps to follow to successfully complete the Admission Process for the Second Semester of the College Department and Technical-Vocational Center for the academic year of 2021-2022!

Admission Procedures for the Second Semester of the College Department and Technical-Vocational Center
To register and continue your educational journey at BEC, here are the important dates to remember:
ENROLMENT SCHEDULE for the Second Semester (S.Y. 2021-2022) :
January 3 – 5, 2022 – 4th Year, 5th Year and Uniting Students
January 6 – 7, 2022 – 3rd Year Students
January 10 -11, 2022 – 2nd Year Students
January 12- 14, 2022 – 1st Year, New, Irregular and Transferee Students
Admission Procedure for Current BEC Students (Regular & Irregular Students)
(On-Site Enrollment)
- Kindly settle your account at the Cashier’s Office and accomplish your Clearance Slip.
NOTE: The clearance slip must be signed by the Dean of Colleges. - After accomplishing your Clearance Slip, you may then proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.
- Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.
- Settle the Down payment Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
Admission Procedure for New Students & Transferees (On-Site Enrollment)
- For NEW Students, please proceed to the Guidance Office for Admission
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for NEW STUDENTS:- Report Card (Form 138/SF9)
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate
- For Transferee Students, please proceed to the Guidance Office for Admission
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for TRANSFEREE STUDENTS:- Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
- TOR / Certification of Grades
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for Assessment.
- Settle the Down Payment Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
For a hassle-free transaction, you may opt for an Online Enrollment. Please follow the steps below for a successful online registration.
- Admission Forms and Enrollment links will be posted on the BEC Facebook page.
- The Enrollee must fill out the Admission Form first BEFORE proceeding in accomplishing the Enrollment Form.

- The Enrollee must wait for the Registrar’s Office to validate their Online Enrollment.
- The Registrar’s Office will notify the student if he/she is officially enrolled through a confirmation email, via text message and/or through a phone call.
- The schedule for claiming your Student Registration Form will be advised by the Registrar’s Office.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ONLINE ENROLLMENT is recommended for Regular (Old) Continuing Students and New Enrollees ONLY.
Irregular Students and Transferees are advised to visit the BEC Campus and drop by at the Registrar’s Office for evaluation and assessment before they can proceed in the enrollment process.
