Enrollment Procedure for College Department & Technical-Vocational Center
Enrollment Procedure for Old Continuing Students (On-Site Enrollment)
- Please proceed to the Admission Area (located near the Office of the Registrar at the BEC Main Campus) for the admission process.
- Upon completion of your admission process, you may then proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.
- Settle the down payment fee at the Cashier’s Office.
- Next step would be is to visit our Learning Resource Center, located at the 2nd floor, Library building (BEC Main Campus), near the designated classrooms for Diamond Class. You’ll need to request and acquire your own Library card from the School’s Librarian.
- After acquiring your Library card, please proceed to the BEC Bookstore (located at the Admin building near the BSTC building) to have your picture taken for your School ID. You can also purchase and place your order for the designated BEC School Uniform for your designated course / major.
Important Note:
Kindly settle your account at the Cashier’s Office and accomplish your Clearance Slip.

- The Clearance Slip must be signed by the Accounting Clerk, Cashier, Student Council Treasurer, Librarian, Assistant Guidance Counselor, Registrar, Chairperson and the Dean of Colleges.

- Upon successfully submitting the admission requirements and completing the admission process, please proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.

- The Enrollee must wait for confirmation that shall validate their admission and Online enrollment.
- The Registrar’s Office will notify the student if he/she is officially enrolled through a confirmation email, via text message and/or through a phone call.
- The schedule for claiming your Student Registration Form will be advised by the Registrar’s Office.
