Enrollment Procedures for K to 12 Department
Enrollment Procedure for Old Continuing Students (On-Site Enrollment)
- Please proceed to the Admission Area (located near the Office of the Registrar at the BEC Main Campus) for the admission process.
- Upon completion of your admission process, you may then proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.
- Settle the down payment fee at the Cashier’s Office.
- Next step would be is to visit our Learning Resource Center, located at the 2nd floor, Library building (BEC Main Campus), near the designated classrooms for Diamond Class. You’ll need to request and acquire your own Library card from the School’s Librarian.
- After acquiring your Library card, please proceed to the BEC Bookstore (located at the Admin Building near the BSTC building) to have your picture taken for your School ID. You can also purchase the required books and place your order for the designated BEC School Uniform for your level.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Kindly settle your account at the Cashier’s Office and accomplish your Student Ledger.

- For Pre School & Grade School Level, the Student Ledger must be signed by the Cashier, Accounting Clerk, Principal / Assistant Principal of the PSGS Level.
- For High School Level, The Student Ledger must be signed by the Cashier, Accounting Clerk, Bookstore Staff and Grade Level Chairperson.

- Proceed to the Admission Area for the admission process.
- ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Original copy of Report Card/School Form9 (Form 138/SF9)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Please proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.

- The Enrollee must wait for confirmation that shall validate their admission and Online enrollment.
- The Registrar’s Office will notify the student if he/she is officially enrolled through a confirmation email, via text message and/or through a phone call.
- The schedule for claiming your Student Registration Form will be advised by the Registrar’s Office.
