Still thinking about the concert where you could have been experiencing the awesome LIVE music of Itchyworms and This Band?
We understand how disheartening the January Jam is. It was supposedly a great concert, a special treat for all Beacons and young learners alike. And we can only imagine how much fun it would have been if it had been given the chance to happen. However, due to the unprecedented situation that took place (for instance, the Taal Volcano and the COVID-19 pandemic), we are prompted to stop any preparations and unfortunately cancel the supposed January Jam Concert.
But, we got some good news for you! The Finance Office would like to advise that request for Concert Ticket Refund is open and available. In case you haven’t had the chance to reimburse your payment for the concert ticket, here’s how you can apply for the refund:
STEP 1: Please connect with the Finance Office through email: finance@bec.edu.ph, and send the following details for Concert Ticket Verification:
- Name
- Concert Ticket Number (serial number featured at the top of your concern ticket)
- Grade / Year Level / Course
- For non-BEC students, please note the name of the person from whom you’ve acquired the ticket.
STEP 2: A response email will be sent back to you, including the date when you can claim your ticket refund at the Cashier’s Office.
STEP 3: Upon claiming your refund, please present your Concert Ticket and a Photocopy of your ID.
STEP 4: In case the Concert Ticket is missing, we would like to recommend acquiring verification from the Finance Office (STEP 1) so that your request for Concert Ticket Refund would be validated.
STEP 5: Deadline for sending requests for the Concert Ticket Refund is on June 17, 2022.
