Here are the steps to follow to successfully complete the Admission Process for the Second Semester of the College Department and Technical-Vocational Center for the academic year of 2023-2024!
Please be guided accordingly for your preferred transaction – whether it’s for “ON-SITE Enrollment” or “ONLINE Enrollment“.
Admission Procedures for the Second Semester of the College Department and Technical-Vocational Center
To register and continue your educational journey at BEC, here are the important dates to remember:
ENROLMENT SCHEDULE for the Second Semester (S.Y. 2023-2024) :
January 04, 2024 – Schedule of Admission and Enrollment for 4th Year, and Teacher Certificate Program.
January 05 and January 08, 2024 – Schedule of Admission for 3rd Year Students
January 9 and January 10, 2024 – Schedule of Admission for 2nd Year Students
January 11 and January 12, 2024 – Schedule of Admission for 1st Year, New Enrollees, and Transferee Students
Admission Procedure for Current BEC Students (On-Site Enrollment)
- Kindly settle your account at the Cashier’s Office and accomplish your Clearance Slip.
NOTE: The clearance slip must be duly signed by the corresponding department heads, college instructors and authorized administrative official. - After accomplishing your Clearance Slip, you may then proceed to the Admission Area for the Admission process.
- Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.
- Settle the Down payment Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
Admission Procedure for New Students & Transferees (On-Site Enrollment)
- For NEW Students, please proceed to the Admission Area for the Admission process.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for NEW STUDENTS:- Original Report Card (Form 138/SF9)
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate (for married female enrollees)
- For Transferee Students, please proceed to the Admission Area for the Admission process
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for TRANSFEREE STUDENTS:- Transcript of Records / Copy of Grades
- Transfer Credentials
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate (for married female enrollees)
- Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for Assessment.
- Settle the Down Payment Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
For a hassle-free transaction, you may opt for an Online Enrollment. Please follow the steps below for a successful online registration.
- Admission Forms and Enrollment links will be posted on the BEC Facebook page or simply click this google form link: https://forms.gle/zpijfmsxnWiYSTkU9
- Kindly settle your account at the Cashier’s Office and accomplish your Clearance Slip.
- Important Note: The clearance slip must be duly signed by the corresponding department heads, college instructors and authorized administrative official.
- The Enrollee must wait to validate their admission and online enrollment.
- The Registrar’s Office will notify the student if he/she is officially enrolled through a confirmation email, via text message and/or through a phone call.
- The schedule for claiming your Student Registration Form will be advised by the Registrar’s Office.
