HISTORY
The Batangas Eastern Academy Alumni Association, Inc. (BEAAAI) is a Philippine-registered non-stock and non-profit association under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The purposes for which such association is incorporated are:
- To develop mutual understanding and a wholesome spirit of brotherhood among the graduates and students of the BATANGAS EASTERN ACADEMY.
- To promote the general welfare of all members.
- To develop in each member the highest sense of honor and pride in the academic, civic, patriotic, moral, and athletic fields.
- To set a good example to the incoming members and to the whole community as well.
On January 27, 2009, the association was officially incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines (Batas Pambansa Blg. 68). The first trustees of the association are as follows:
- Carmelo Q. Quizon
- Mario G. Gamboa
- Renato S. de Villa
- Abelardo S. de Villa
- Leandro R. Mendoza
- Sulpicio Adapon
- Jose A. Sabili
- Fe S. Virtusio
- Lorelie A. Galit
The first President of the association was Mr. Mario G. Gamboa and Ms. Fe S. Virtusio was elected as Treasurer of the association.
The term for which the association is to exist is fifty (50) years from and after the date of issuance of the certificate of incorporation.
