Most fairytale stories usually start at “Once upon a time” but such magical moment can actually happen at almost any time.
In celebration for the Yuletide season, Batangas Eastern College marks another exciting moment filled with the flair of grandiose. With the theme “Royal Skins”, the 2019 Christmas Party of Pamilyang BEC happened last December 18, 2019, at the Splendido Hotel (Tagaytay City).
It has always been a tradition for the BEC family to get together and organize a special Christmas party where everyone can have a great time. Instead of the typical monito-monitas, every teacher and administrative employees take a break from their typical uniform outfits as they’ve transformed into people of nobility – princes and princesses clad in well-embellished fashion of royal blue and skin-tone colors.
The party created an opportunity for every employee to get connected with one another –in a number of new ways! It was a two-day party filled with grace, sparkles, laughter, and a pinch of incredible dance moves. Over a lovely dinner, friendly talks circulated all evening. Melodic songs filled the venue and each beautiful tone embraces everyone’s heart with warmth (a perfect way to forget the cold night breeze of Tagaytay). To add a bit of fun, a game of guessing the next line of a song liven up the evening. And in culminating the Christmas Spirit, a round of raffle draw was made wherein lucky BEC employees get to take home gifts and sponsored prizes.
Furthermore, several princes and princesses were handpicked vying for the title to be bestowed to the King and Queen that stood out the most. It was Atty. Pio Calingasan (Assistant Dean of the College of Business) and Maam Jenny R. Salud, MaEd (Vice Pres. for Corporate Communication and International Linkages) who were hailed as the Royalties of the Night.
It was indeed a priceless celebration that everyone will surely look fondly for the many seasons to come!
