BEC's Financial Aid Grants and Student Assistance Program

Tuition Discounts

Batangas Eastern Colleges offers a series of financial aid programs whereby eligible students may apply for Tuition Discounts. Being true to our commitment to a meaningful existence, we designed the following grants to make quality education more affordable.

Important Reminders:

  • A student grantee may only avail one type of Discount Offering.
  • However, if a student conducted a full cash payment (fully paid all the fees in a one-time transaction), you may avail of Cash Discount together or pair with other types of BEC Discount Offerings.
  • The Discount Offering which may grant a higher discount percentage for the student will be applied and recommended upon transaction.

1.Academic Discount
Requirements:
  • Photocopy of Report Card
  • Certification of Academic Standing
  • Eligible students with High Honor may avail 50% Tuition discount.
  • Eligible students with Highest Honor may avail 100% Tuition discount.
2.Family Discount
Requirements:
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • For every number of siblings enrolled at BEC equates to a certain percentage of discount.
  • Avail 5% tuition discount for 1 out of 2 siblings enrolled at BEC.
  • Avail 10% tuition discount for 1 out of 3 siblings enrolled at BEC.
  • Avail 15% tuition discount for 1 out of 4 siblings enrolled at BEC.
3.Twin Discount
Requirements:
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Avail 100% tuition discount for one of the twins.
4.Loyalty Discount
Requirements:
  • Only Senior High School Students may apply for this tuition discount.
  • Avail 10% if the student has been enrolled at BEC from Grade 1 to Grade 10.
  • Avail 5% if the student has been enrolled at BEC from Grade 7 to Grade 10.
5.Employee Discount
Requirements:
  • Full-time Employees with 3 Years and Above of Service can avail 100% Discount for their Eldest Child enrolled in the PSGS Level
  • Full-time Employees with 3 Years of Service can avail 30% Discount for Second Child and 20% Discount for Third Child enrolled in the PSGS Level
  • Full-time BEC Employee with 7 to 9 years of service can avail 50% Discount for Second Child and 30% for Third Child enrolled in the PSGS Level
  • Full-time BEC Employee with 10+ years can avail 75% Discount for Second Child, and 50% for Third Child enrolled in the PSGS Level
  • Part-time BEC Employee with 3 to 6 years of service can avail 30% Discount for First Child enrolled in the PSGS Level
  • Part-time BEC Employee with 7 to 9 years of service can avail 50% Discount for First Child enrolled in the PSGS Level
  • For Part-time BEC Employee with 10+ years can avail 25% Discount for Second Child enrolled in the PSGS Level.
  • Full-time BEC Employee with 3 years to 6 years of service can avail 30% Discount for First Child enrolled in other Levels: (JHS, SHS, College and Tech-Voc)
  • Full-time BEC Employee with 7 years to 9 years of service can avail 50% Discount for your First Child enrolled in other Levels: (JHS, SHS, College and Tech-Voc)
  • Full-time BEC Employee with 10+ years of service can avail 100% Discount for First Child enrolled in other Levels: (JHS, SHS, College and Tech-Voc)
  • Full-time BEC Employee on Probation can avail 20% Discount for First Child, and 20% Discount for your Second Child enrolled in other Levels: (JHS, SHS, College and Tech-Voc)
  • Full-time BEC Employee with 3 years and above of service can avail 20% Discount for your Second Child enrolled in other Levels: (JHS, SHS, College and Tech-Voc)
  • Full-time BEC Employee on Probationary can avail 20% Discount for Second Child enrolled in other Levels: (JHS, SHS, College and Tech-Voc)
  • Employee Discounts for Enrolling as a Student - Regular Employees: 15% Discount , while Probationary/Newly Hired: 10% Discount
6.PWD Discount
Requirements:
  • Photocopy of valid PWD ID
  • Avail 20% tuition discount.
7.Cash Discount
Requirements:
  • For one-time, full payment transaction, you can avail 5% tuition discount.
  • This can also be availed or paired with other types of Discount you've applied for; example: Family Discount and Cash Discount.
8.Athletic Discount
Requirements:
  • This can be availed by interested applicants and enjoy a 20% discount.
  • Please directly inquire at our Finance Office for more details.
9.Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Grant / Voucher Program
Requirements:
  • Discount for incoming Grade 7 Junior High School Students. A four-year term of Tuition Subsidy for successful ESC Grantees.
  • Request for ESC Application Form at the Registrar's Office.
  • Photocopy of PSA Certified Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
  • Recent 2x2 photo of ESC Applicant
  • Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment or Latest Annual Income Tax Return (if employed in the Philippines including Self-employed)
  • Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment if working abroad.
  • Proof of Income: Municipal certificate of unemployment if unemployed and without income.

10.Senior High School (SHS) Voucher Program
Requirements:
  • Discount for incoming Grade 11 Senior High School Students that offers two-year term of Tuition Subsidy.
