In the pursuit of quality education and to support every Beacon in light of the pandemic, the process of virtualization in education is delivered with utmost care along with systematic innovation strategies. After all, the school intends to be a premiere institution of learning, not only as one of the schools in Batangas but to become an avenue for globally-competitive students.
Batangas Eastern Colleges started a Training program featuring new digital tools and methodologies. The training experience allowed the BEC teachers and instructors to acquire learnings that are vital for the academic strategy aligned with the current needs due to the limitations brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The faculty from all Department levels have given their best to innovate the teaching methods and design the best learning experiences for both synchronous and asynchronous classes.
We have also started a blended education trial which allows synchronous teaching to adapt while practicing flexibility – both in the academic and personal aspect. Though it may be challenging for the students and teachers, everyone persevered to cope. As a premier educational institution, BEC also continuously aims to help every Beacon attain academic competencies while sincerely providing the support they need to achieve their dreams.
